Ashley Paulson

Hi – I’m Ashley. I’m the Senior Operations Manager at Pellizzi & Co., which basically means I keep the engine running. While James is out front building relationships and pushing creative boundaries, I’m making sure timelines, budgets, and internal processes are all aligned behind the scenes—so that our team and clients can work efficiently without feeling rushed.

I’m driven by structure, but not for the sake of control—for the sake of clarity. When people know what’s expected and have what they need, they can do their best work. That’s the environment I work hard to cultivate every day. I’m deeply invested in doing things right—and even more invested in making sure people feel supported while we do them.

I joined the team during a pivotal time and never looked back. Helping shape that growth—operationally and culturally—has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career. It's the real-time problem-solving and team wins that make this role come alive for me.
Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can camping with my husband or hanging with our dogs. I’m passionate about dogs and the outdoors, and of course great marketing. Whether I’m coordinating a team meeting or packing up the car for a weekend in the woods, I’m all about balance, systems that work, and people who bring their whole selves to the table.
