Hi – I’m James. My last name’s on the company for a reason. I didn’t want to hide behind something vague or overly clever. I wanted to stand behind the work—openly & fully, for better or worse. That kind of accountability still shapes everything we do. If I say I’m going to do something, I mean it—and I surround myself with people who operate the same way. It’s how we stay focused, nimble, and a step ahead.
I’ve always been drawn to building things—brands, campaigns, teams. Marketing is where creativity and clarity meet, and I love that intersection. I tend to move fast and lean into calculated risks. In fact, the feeling most people get after making a big move is the same feeling I get when I haven’t—like I’m not doing enough. It might sound intense, but for the right people, it’s a powerful kind of energy to work alongside. And if we’re not the right fit, that’s okay—I’ll still point you toward a few teams I respect.
I set the bar high, but I care even more deeply. I’ll challenge you, advocate for you, and do what I can to open real doors. That’s where the growth happens—and if we work together, that’s what I want for you too. We’ve got a strong track record of helping people organizations rise.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me running, grabbing a coffee at Colectivo, or heading up north to unplug. I also have a soft spot for Miami Vice, which might explain some of our brand colors—still surprised the team let me sneak those in.
