Problem: Piggly Wiggly’s stores were solid, but the brand felt dated. The Pig Points loyalty program was underperforming, and in-store experience lacked visual cohesion. They needed a refresh that would both entice customers back in and re-engage them through loyalty incentives.
Solution: We started by reimagining their signage—wayfinding, window displays, promotional boards—so the stores felt modern, clean, and exciting. Next, we overhauled the Pig Points campaign with fresh branding, messaging, and acquisition tactics (email, in-store push, social) to drive signups and footfall. The combined effect: more people walking in, more registering, and more returning.
