Traffic Up 110% After Moving Beyond Google Ads

Royal Enfield had visibility, but visibility alone was not enough. Google Ads were increasing traffic without producing meaningful conversions, leads or dealership visits. We took a closer look at the audience, the rider mindset and the creative opportunity, then built a campaign designed to inspire new ridership and get attention in a category where sameness is easy to ignore.

Problem: The existing media approach was generating activity, but not enough action. More people were reaching the site, yet the traffic was not translating into the kinds of leads, visits or sales conversations that mattered. Royal Enfield needed more than clicks. They needed a campaign that connected with the right riders and gave them a reason to take the next step.

Solution: We began with a deeper audience dive to better understand who Royal Enfield could reach and what would motivate them. From there, we introduced creative built to spark interest in new ridership, stand out visually and make the brand feel more alive. Working with our media partner, we shifted the campaign to The Trade Desk to reach the right audience in more intentional places. Traffic increased 110%, leading to more leads and more dealership visits.

The shift was simple: stop chasing traffic for traffic’s sake and start building a campaign that made people want to ride.
