WEM Automation

Waking Up a Trusted Automation Brand

WEM Automation had the credibility, the product and the customer base, but the brand had been quiet for too long. Our first priority was to reconnect with longtime customers, acknowledge the relationship and make it clear that WEM was moving forward with renewed energy. That initial effort opened the door to a broader marketing partnership across campaigns, web, digital, paid media and ongoing consultation.

Problem: After years of limited marketing and inconsistent customer communication, WEM needed to rebuild confidence. Existing customers needed to feel seen, not taken for granted, and prospects needed a reason to believe the company was active, attentive and ready for its next chapter.

Solution: We started with messaging that respected their longstanding customers while signaling change. The work was not about pretending nothing happened. It was about owning the silence, reintroducing the company and showing that WEM was ready to support customers in a more visible and proactive way. From there, Pellizzi & Co. was brought on retainer to lead campaigns, website work, digital strategy, paid media and general marketing consultation.

The relationship began with rebuilding trust. It has grown into a full marketing partnership built around consistency, clarity and forward movement.
