Company mergers and acquisitions are an interesting challenge. So many new opportunities available, yet so many differing brands, campaigns and sales initiatives merging together.
GroundMasters needed a partner to guide them through this transition phase and beyond, as their scale grew enormously from a regional company to a national player, along with the enormous complexity of merging multiple companies (with differing seasonal workflows) into one cohesive effort. All this, while re-introducing a completely reinvigorated brand.

Problem: GroundMasters came to us after a string of recent company acquisitions. They now offered commercial property maintenance services through all seasons of the year and at many more locations throughout the nation, yet their mix of new brands was confusing to customers and marketing efforts were spread thin now, with their growth from a regional company to a national organization.
Solution: We created a website that literally changes with the seasons. Property managers could easily and creatively transform the entire site with a simple toggle: from summer mowing and landscaping services to winter plowing and de-icing services. Our guidance and creative leadership unified and simplified their brand message, whether it’s a regional or national effort, whether winter, spring, summer or fall.
